LoireLife is run by Alison Shawcroft and Jon Lethbridge. We’re both English and left the UK in 2005, seeking new challenges and a different lifestyle. Having worked for large corporations and consultancies we were ready for a change!

In the summer of 2008 we tested out our French Cycling Holidays concept and after this proved successful we hosted our first paying guests in May 2009.
By the end of 2010, we had doubled the number of cycling holidays and this success has continued into the 2011 season, with September 2011 holidays completely sold out by June. With word of mouth spreading, we will be running a full set of Loire Valley cycling tours in 2012.
Our aim however, remains as it was when we started. To provide a great personal service, never becoming too big that we are unable to be flexible and distinct to each individual guest. We aim to give you a great cycling holiday in this most beautiful area of France!
